Business To Buy Former Norfolk School Bldg.
NORFOLK - A local home recreation business is in the process of purchasing a former Norfolk elementary school building. The owner of Tropical Waters appeared before the City Planning Commission Wednesday seeking a zoning change request on the former Montessori school building at 1001 S. Victory Road. The request for a change from residential to C-1 Local Business District has been forwarded to the City Council for its consideration.
