"Brush Up Norfolk"
NORFOLK - A group of Norfolk citizens wants to paint your house at no cost to you. That's the idea behind "Brush Up Norfolk," a project of the Norfolk Ministerial Association. Pastor Robin Stoops of First Baptist Church says the goal is to paint 20 houses on October 9th.
