Attorney General Weighs Benefits of Fighting for Abortion Bill
LINCOLN - Nebraska Attorney General Jon Bruning says he is weighing options on the state's new pre-abortion screening and counseling bill that has been challenged in court. Bruning says he's trying to determine whether it is best to fight for this particular bill, or better to go back to the drawing board and write a bill with language that would pass a constitutional challenge.
