Atkinson Storm Damage
ATKINSON - A day after receiving heavy rain, the Atkinson area in north central Nebraska has suffered damage caused by thunderstorms. The Holt County Emergency Management Coordinator reports this morning, 24-to-36 inch diameter trees were uprooted and chimneys were blown from rooftops overnight from thunderstorm wind damage.
