Area Company Fined By OSHA
HARTINGTON (AP) - OSHA has fined a Hartington communications company for violations it says led to the death of a worker trapped in a collapsed trench. Hartelco Incorporated has been ordered to pay $4,410 by Oct. 12. Authorities have said Galen Jueden, 48, of Hartington and a co-worker were working in a trench in northern Knox County when it collapsed June 4. Rescuers pulled both men from the trench, but Jueden died at the scene.
