13th Street Road Work Continues
NORFOLK - Road work continues on the resurfacing of 13th Street/Highway 81 through Norfolk. Nebraska Department of Roads Highway Project Manager Doug Lollman says beginning Friday, eastbound traffic will not be allowed on Benjamin Avenue at the 13th Street intersection in order to lay the top portion of asphalt at that location. The closure begins at 8:30 a.m. He says additional closures are anticipated at 13th Street and Norfolk Avenue and 13th and Pasewalk Avenue as work in the southbound lane continues. Motorists are urged to find alternate routes during these closures.
