The Norfolk Public Library hosts book discussion groups for adults and teens. Adult groups meet on the Last Tuesday evening each month and the Last Wednesday morning of the month. Teen group meets on Saturdays, please call the Library for times. Newcomers are always welcome. 844-2109.

11:30am - 5:30pm - The American Red Cross Blood Station in Norfolk takes blood donations each Tuesday from 11:30 am to 5:30 pm at 1603 Prospect Ave, on the north side of Faith Regional Health Services East Campus. For appointments call 371-7895. Walk-ins are welcome.

6:00 pm - On Tuesday, September 28th, an evening meal will be served at the Pilger Senior Center at 6:00 PM. Following the meal Clarence Schmitt will speak about "The Greatest Generation". Reservations for the meal can be made by calling 402-396-3325 or 402-649-4808 by 1:00 PM on Tuesday.

7:30 pm - Standup Parenting Group will meet each Tuesday at 7:30 pm at the Congregational United Church of Christ in Norfolk. The group offers self help information for parents troubled by unacceptable behavior of their pre-teen, teen or adult children.
