2010-03-24T 2010-03-25T Ken Iverson Project
The Ken Iverson Project is on display at the Norfolk Arts Center until this Saturday. This amazing collection of 17 sculptures was created by area schools and artists, and was sponsored by Nucor Steel. All sculptures will be up for bid Saturday, March 27, at 2:00 pm The proceeds from the auction will be donated to the various industrial arts programs that participated in this project. These structures were displayed at the Norfolk Area Home Show last weekend where the attendees voted on their favorite. Businesses include: Midwest Futures, Inc. and Home Instead Senior Care, the public is welcome from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 24. Refreshments will be served at each business.

1:00 - 4:00pm - Appointments are being taken now! Shriners Hospital will sponsor a Muscle & Joint Evaluation Clinic in Columbus April 9th, from 1 to 4 pm at the East Central District Health Department. For more information call Mary Ann Townsend at 402-474-6890. There is no charge. Walk ins are also welcome. The evaluations are for those birth to age 18 years.
