The Poetry Out Loud - National Recitation Contest Northeast Regional Semi-Finals Nebraska 2009-2010 will be held Saturday, February 20. Begins at 2pm at the Norfolk Arts Center. (free admission) This annual contest for high school students helps students master public speaking skills, build self-confidence and learn about their literary heritage.
